Below is all the essential information you need for a smooth and relaxed visit to our boutique B&B in Dalsland, West Sweden.
We want your time here to be calm, comfortable and effortless from the moment you arrive.

How to reach us?

By boat, on your bicycle, using the bus or by car, there is always a smart and joyful way to travel to our place.

Arrival and Check-In

Check-in: from 17:00 to 19:00

Check-out: by 11:00

When you arrive, we'll be happy to welcome you.

If you expect to arrive later than 19:00, just let us know in advance so we can welcome you smoothly.

If you have questions on travel routes or need inspiration on places to explore nearby, we’re always happy to help — before or during your stay.

We’re always happy to answer any queries — just send us a message (Contact page) or reply to your booking email. We want your stay at Nordic Refuge to be seamless, warm and memorable.

Breakfast and Meals

We serve a locally sourced, organic breakfast each morning to start your day gently and well fed. Breakfast is included with your booking and is available from 08:00 – 10:00.
Lactose free options available every day, Gluten free upon request.

House Guidelines

Our aim is a calm and respectful atmosphere for all guests.

Shoes off in all the building. Don't hesitate to bring slippers, we can also provide you some if needed.

Please keep noise to a minimum in common areas and corridors.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on all the premisses, including in the garden.

If you have special needs or questions about these guidelines, just ask — we’re here to make your stay comfortable.

Practical Tips

Wi-Fi: for a better digital detox, please note there is no Wifi in the house.

Parking: Free on-site parking is available just outside Nordic Refuge.

Local Services: Grocery shops, cafés and activity providers are within a short drive — see our Favourite Places page for inspiration.
