How to reach us?

There are 4 major cycling routes passing in the street just in front of the B&B: Vänerleden, Dalslandsleden, Sverigeleden & Unionsleden. You can also join us from the West Coast linking the Eurovelo 3 (EV3) to Dalslandsleden around Strömstad.

Would you prefer to bring your bicycle on the train? You can reach Åmål (on Västtrafik trains) and ride the last 20 km. You can even bring your bicycle on the bus. The bus stop is just around the corner.

Åmål's station is about 20 Km from the B&B and buses are running daily from the station directly to Fröskog (except on the weekends).

You can reach Åmål directly from Göteborg in around 90 min by train. 

From continental Europe, it's easy to reach Copenhagen or Malmö by train and then take the Öresundståg to Göteborg. Night trains are now running to Malmö from Berlin in the season.

If you're travelling by car or on your bike, you can use different routes to reach Sweden:

• embark in Kiel for a comfortable night crossing to Göteborg with Stenaline.
• you can also take the ferry in Lübeck to Malmö for a shorter night crossing or from Rostock to Trelleborg.
• there are shorter crossings from Denmark to the West Coast in Sweden

The B&B is located 180 Km from Göteborg.

Driving from Göteborg, we recommend you to take the E6 northbound (to Oslo) and then the road 172 from Uddevalla for a really scenic route (nicer than the E45). 

You'll arrive in Fröskog via Dals Långed.
